Our online tool gives you a rough price range and a color preview of your roof so you can plan. Please read this page so it is clear what those numbers and pictures are — and what they are not.
This is an estimate, not a price we are offering you
The ranges on this site are an informational planning tool only. They are not a quote, not a bid, not a proposal, and not an offer to perform work. Nothing shown here creates a contract, and Molsbee Roofing Inc. is not obligated to perform any work at any figure displayed by this tool. A price becomes real only when Molsbee gives you a written proposal, signed by Molsbee, after an in-person inspection of your actual roof. If a written proposal and this tool disagree, the written proposal is the only one that counts.
The range is built from what you told us
The figures come from the answers you selected — building type, approximate size, number of stories and roof slope — combined with general per-square pricing for Palm Beach County. We do not verify your answers. If a selection is off, or your roof is shaped differently than a typical home of that size, the range will be off with it. Square-footage figures shown are calculated approximations, not a survey or a measurement of your roof.
What can move the real number
An on-site inspection routinely finds conditions that a set of drop-down answers cannot: damaged or rotted decking, the condition of the underlayment and flashing, chimneys, skylights, valleys, dormers, solar equipment, gutters, multiple existing roof layers, roof access and staging, structural repairs, permit and inspection requirements, and current building-code obligations. Material and labor prices also move over time. Any of these can raise or lower the real price, and some of them are only discoverable once work begins.
The roof color preview is an illustration
Preview images are generated automatically from an aerial photograph or from a photo you provide, and are for visualization only. They are simulations — not photographs of completed work, not renderings of a specific product, and not a depiction of how your finished roof will look. Colors on a screen differ from real materials, and real materials vary by manufacturer, product line, production lot and daylight. Nothing in a preview is a promise about the appearance, color, texture, product or workmanship of any roof Molsbee installs. Ask for physical samples during your free on-site visit before you choose a color. A photo you upload is used only to create that preview during the request and is not stored by this tool.
Aerial imagery and property outlines
Aerial views and building outlines come from public county and federal mapping sources and are supplied as-is by those third parties. That imagery may be months or years old, may not reflect recent roof work, and may show the wrong structure. Molsbee does not control, edit or warrant third-party imagery or map data. If the view shown is not your property, do not rely on it — tell us, and we will confirm the property in person.
No warranty on the tool itself
This tool is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Molsbee Roofing Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, that the ranges, measurements, imagery or previews are accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and disclaims liability for any decision made in reliance on them. Nothing here changes any written warranty Molsbee provides with work it actually performs.
Free inspection, and no obligation either way
Using this tool costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Requesting an inspection costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You are not required to buy anything, and we are not required to take the job.
