The roofs we install
Concrete and clay are different tile systems with different looks. We'll show you the options at the inspection and tell you which one fits your roof's structure and slope.
Metal means standing-seam or metal panel. The work starts under the panels. We take off the old roof, check the wood, and build up the underlayment and flashing before the metal goes on.
A shingle roof is a full system, not just the shingles you see. Tear-off, wood check, underlayment, flashing and ridge all get planned and priced in your written quote.
Flat and low-slope sections need their own materials. We install the right system for flat areas and additions, and we check the drainage and transitions while we're up there.
A new roof is more than the tile or shingles you see. We check the wood deck after tear-off, then install the underlayment, flashing, ventilation and ridge that make a roof last. All of it goes in your written price.
With 25 crews across Palm Beach County, we can give you a real schedule. Most homes take a few days once the material arrives, and you'll know the plan before we start.
The right roof depends on your house, the slope and the material you want. We install tile, metal, shingle and flat roofs, and we plan the whole job at once: deck, underlayment, ventilation, flashing and ridge.
A lot of Palm Beach County homeowners are getting letters about roofs over 15 years old, some with a hard deadline attached. If that's you, call us. Molsbee holds manufacturer certifications with GAF, CertainTeed and Polyglass, and we're a My Safe Florida Home approved contractor. Your house and your material decide which system we recommend.
